Glass Art covers a very wide spectrum, from one-off sculptures and knitted glass, to haute couture fashion. Glass art for the most part cannot be reproduced and is considerably different than art glass or studio glass.

Mosaic Art is often decorative and can be reproduced, but in the truest artistic sense it can also be created by artists on walls and floors in a very complex fine art fashion that resembles paintings.

Ceramic Art could be fashioned of clay, terra cotta, earthenware, stoneware, porcelain or even bone china. Depending on the originality of the piece ceramic works could be considered fine art pieces, but more commonly they are decorative.

IAD Fine Art Shows can include a variety of Glass, Mosaic and Ceramic genres mixed with other artistic disciplines.

It's important to define your focus though, so you can better attract the correct artists and well matched sponsors and buyers.

Good artists are busy, which means you have to contact them well in advance if you'd like them to grace your show. Sponsors are selective, which means they need to feel comfortable their brand is represented properly. And Buyers, well we all know how challenging they can be too.

Choosing a show location is also critically important. The space needs to reflect the quality of art.

If you expect to attract a BUYING CROWD you need to offer them something exciting and exclusive. There are many run-of-the-mill "Art Shows" that "water down" the market by providing mostly generic offerings and lackluster artists.

IAD Shows are different.

We promote to not only local buyers, but also to an international following, which means our standards reflect a global perspective and high level of quality. When an artist exhibits at one of our local shows, they have been vetted very carefully. The artist has also chosen only their best works to showcase because they know their work will be seen globally.

Saying that, the IAD is also a firm believer in helping YOUTH and new artists further their skills.

We not only promote new artists through our online community and networks, we provide BURSURIES so young artists can be inspired to grow and learn.

At an IAD Show buyers see not only the best art in the region from the BEST Fine Artists, but also the Best Art of New and Upcoming Artists.

It is in these new artists where forward thinking purchases can be made by art investors who have the experience and clarity to recognize a future star.
